Looks like a lot of stolen property the cops should know about. I don't think you can buy buggies

This actually might work. Is it the smoking gun, no, but it's simple enough to get the ball rolling with a documented report.

These bums have nothing to lose so be careful. They are capable of things you may not be willing to do. So when you do take action, it should be once and for all. Don’t fool around with half measures. The fact that you have a family means you're more vulnerable than they are.
Find out if you can sue the contractor, owner, city and/or anyone else. See if you can get the media involved. The problem here is paragraph one. These parasites could retaliate.
Last thought: your property has lost value. Sue the lot owner for the fact I can’t sell it and can’t live there either.

I think you need to coordinate a bum fight tournament.

This is really simple...
Go over there one Saturday night dressed like a Bum. Bring Beer , Get to know them.
Spread the rumor...Cop lives right over there past that fence.
Be careful, he had a bunch of us arrested and our stuff taken to the dump.
Go home , take a shower and wash the dirt off.. enjoy moving day next door...

These people will absolute venture into the neighborhood. I live down the street from OP and had one come walking up my driveway in the middle of the day. I confronted him and he talked back to me. We went back and forth for a minute so I went inside to get my gun and call the cops. He had jumped over my fence when I got back.

The next day one of my neighbors caught him on her ring camera walking up her driveway but wearing a ski mask.

OP I doubt they’d mess with you or your family but best believe they may try to steal your shite

PLEASE GET A CAMERA AND GIVE US A LINK FOR THE LIVE FEED. It would be the best thread ever.
with audio connected to the speaker so the OT can comment to them. Then no music on loop would be needed.

I have never sued anyone or wanted to but I believe this situation would make me want to do just that if I contacted the owner and they brushed it off.

They have a weed-eater sitting on a table at their camp and the op heard a blower going the other night. Chances of them being stolen are 99.99%.

That's scary. The cops need to have that video. Don't put anything past a meth head. They'd steal from a monastery.

Probably has already been mentioned but I’d contact your city or county councilman by phone and forward those pictures via email. Maybe show up to one of their meetings with a group of neighbors.

I believe this area is EBRSO jurisdiction. Any competent Police force would run a sweep of that camp, running people for warrants. In BR, that will never happen. Luckily, you won’t have to deal with BRPD, if you end up having to shoot one of these fricks who may try to break in.

Burning these people out is the only way, or more of them will continue to migrate to this camp with their problems.

Put razor wire on the top of your fence.

Also, get a dog.

You don’t think they pooled some money together and went to Home Depot so they can keep those corners and over passes looking tight?

It’s unfortunate that law abiding citizens have to put up with this stuff just because we as a society have decided against enforcing laws.

All this talk of laws. Lawyers and ordinances and legal blither-blather.

Perhaps it's high time to turn to more ancient laws. You only own what you can defend, and my friend, the enemy is at your gates.

Even now they slink just beyond your false walls, junkie jackals looking for easy prey. They are jumping your fences, picking your pathetic locks and peeping in your windows. Stealing whatever they can for a quick buck and a quick high. They'll do it again and again, increasing their numbers every day as the word of you soft targets spreads from their broken teeth.

Their hunger and their nerve grow by the day. They will be testing your windows and locks soon, if not already. In their meth-fueled madness and junkie desperation they will grow more bold and more vicious. Their hollow eyes are glaring though the fence boards even now, plotting foul deeds in evil addled minds.

There will be pain.

Failing to take decisive action will ensure it is you and your who feel it. Your neighbors, your friends, your families.

Ferals like this only understand fear.

It's time they met some bogeymen.
