Can you get your hands on any blankets with small pox?

You should invite them all over to your house for a keg party so y’all can just get along. They will be your 24 hour protectors if they all had a good time at the party.

You gotta make lemonade out of lemons in this situation

If that's where I think it is, it is owned by a red pilled Indian dude. He would probably help you out if you were able to contact him.

Saw this older article mentioning Seigen Retail llc with another name listed as operations manager at least back in Feb 2021. Also how they used Coronavirus Incentives to build the Tru and with Bankers Avenue Investments llc with same BR address took some PPP loans for existing hotels.

There are multiple llcs tied to 3 hotels right there (Tru by Hilton is newest not sure if open), whatever is next to TJ Ribs right in Seigen (at least own that property but may be leasing to seafood restaurant), and the still empty lots going back towards subdivision that point back to same group of doctors or families.

The BR partner’s address for Seigen on tax records for most is fairly close for them to know problem on top of owning hotels right there.
19431 N. Muirfield Circle, Baton Rouge, LOUISIANA 70810

quote:

"The hotels in the market are mostly aging properties that don't really cater much to the younger traveler," said Colin Dickerson, operations manager for Siegen Retail LLC.

The Baton Rouge-based business owns two other hotels within walking distance of the new project, the Home2Suites by Hilton extended stay and the Holiday Inn Express.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, occupancy at the properties has remained high.

"We're not having a banner year but we've managed to do better than most in the market," Dickerson said.

"Multiple properties are closing down (in Baton Rouge)," said Ashwin Sura, a retired doctor and real estate developer with Siegen Retail. "In this market, nimble limited service properties do well."

In exchange for the investment, the state could approve Enterprise Zone incentives for the project. Hotels are not typically eligible for such incentives but after the coronavirus pandemic hit the hospitality industry particularly hard in Louisiana the state temporarily amended the incentive program rules to allow small hotel operators to apply for tax breaks until 2023.

The state's Enterprise Zone program is a tax credit — either $3,500 one-time or $1,000 for each new job in addition to a rebate of state sales and use taxes on materials such as machinery or equipment or 1.5% refundable investment tax credit on the total value of the capital investment.

Businesses must create at least five jobs in an Enterprise Zone or certify that at least half of its employees live in a historically disadvantaged neighborhood or have received public assistance. Only retailers with fewer than 100 employees and hotels with 50 employees or fewer are eligible.

Small government conservatives are paying Patels to build run of the mill hotels in suburbs. What a time to be alive.

The group owns 3 hotels within walking distance that have guest windows facing these lots, one answers questions from press on development of 3rd hotel in area, and at least one other family lives in Country Club of Louisiana having to pass intersection any time they go into BR when homeless encampment problem there has been obvious often from interstate. Do you really believe they don’t already know about the homeless problem on those properties?

Get some outdoor speakers and blare classical music like some convenience stores do to keep homeless away.

I wonder if they send customers to the tents when there's no rooms available?

I don't know why you are complaining. You know have access to.

Cheap labor for things around house.

Instant friendships

24 hour babysitting

Access to drugs 24/7

You are in a neighborhood so this might not be an option, but if there is away you can shoot your gun without them seeing you, but where they will hear you and is enough to scare them when you do shot, there is a small chance they will move somewhere else? In a more rural area you can get away with this, but I am sure you will have neighbors who will get all worked up about it

Guns aren’t toys or items to scare people with. This is the dumbest and worst advice I’ve ever seen and a great way to kill an innocent bystander and land yourself in prison

why the frick would you buy anything in Baton Rouge? You could have moved to Denham Springs or Gonzales. With the housing market and your new best friends, you’re fricked

Start by pressure washing the fence. Right now, they probably feel at home next to that fence. It has the look and feel of a homeless camp fence.

You ever smell rotten soybeans? This seems like a good application for spreading out some rotten soybeans.

There’s a map feature. It’s easy to find. But I’m not doing the legwork for you.
