That is strange because it has been said that you should NEVER talk to the police because there is no way it could help

I believe that was in the context of my spouse being murdered, that I would not talk to the police without an attorney present. Someone posed the question that what about if you saw/heard something from your neighbors? And I said, I'd provide them with anything pertinent to the investigation.
If I'm the neighbor of the family, have an alibi for the time of the incident, and provide the cops with the names and contact information of those with access to the house, I don't see the issue.

There's no way Hillar goes anything but full bore on this guy. No way.

Lil Boosie agrees.
He hopes he's the DA forever.

I don't know if it's the same guy or not, but he refused to charge or prosecute anyone in the death of my friend. Chris Dimattia. Chris was sucker punched at party for his rugby team. He was knocked cold and fell back and hit his head on the concrete, cracking his skull and causing bleeding on his brain. The shite heads just propped him in a chair and left him to die. They found his dead body sometime late the following day.
I'm not saying that it was first degree murder, but got damn!
Hillar recused his office because he knew the property owner, and the matter was referred to the AG's office. Behind close doors, a deal was made and no charges whatsoever were ever filed against that raging alcoholic peice of shite or Chris' supposed friends who left him to die.

Sounds like your beef is with the AG's office. Who is up for election on Saturday.

Moore's are associated with BR Rugby team so it could have been a conflict of interest or something

Um Chris was the drunkest rugby player at the party who was still standing when shite happened. He Had already broken a bottle in the pool and smacked the "raging alcoholic's" fiance on the arse which got him a hard shove, not a punch. Nobody disliked Chris nor let him die. He was a valued member of the team and a friend to everyone there.

Very unfortunate but nobody left him. Several people passed out around that house. One of his so called friends even checked to see if he was breathing at 8am. He was. So it's awful they didn't call 911 and just assumed he was passed out. But everyone was friends there and certainly nobody punched him.

This is false as frick. See above.

Christ, you can't turn the news on without hearing about another hood murder, but no one ever comes forward. Thats on the people who live in those areas. not the rest of the public.
There's no excuse for it either. If safety is your concern, the police and news constantly advertise rewards for information and anonymous hotline numbers to convey that information. If your concerned about getting caught for some petty crime you committed, it should be obvious to you that when a murder has occurred, there are much bigger fish to fry.

So let me get this straight. Your friend got into an altercation with another guy after a night of drinking and raising hell. (Said altercation was amongst drunk friends BTW as I know the people involved.) Your friend gets punched (both parties were swinging) and falls and hits his head. Other drunk friends help him to a chair where he says he is fine and goes to sleep. A slow brain bleed, that no one who didn't have a CT machine could see, ends up killing him. The DA, since he knows all the people involved, correctly recuses his entire office and sends case to AG. A full investigation is done and it is determined (correctly) that no one did anything with malice and that this was a horrible accident. BTW, if you knew your friend at all then you would know that a couple of punches being thrown is mild behavior at a Baton Rouge rugby party.
So all the above is correct and how exactly again is this the DA's fault? You need to retract some of the names you are calling him. He didn't do shite wrong.

BOOM?
Just facts. Nothing that night warranted a murder charge. I spent 45 minutes on phone with an investigator myself as did many others. Nobody murdered Chris. fricking horrible accident and some definite negligence. But nothing at all warranted murder charges.
