NWO was the peak of wrestling and as much as I loved NWO.. I hated Hogan.. Always did and I still do. I remember having a "beeper" back then and it was blowing up. All of my friends who watched wrestling were all calling and paging each other going crazy over Hogan going NWO.

NWO wasn’t cool until the Wolf Pack.

I wonder what Hogan was thinking when he walked out knowing he was about to piss off a lot of people yet about to make history.

I was way too much into wrestling.

Convinced my dad and his buddy at work to take me to nitro.

The only memorable Bret Hart moments in WCW were him wearing the “body shield” cookie sheet looking thing on his torso to protect from Goldberg’s spear, him getting kicked by Goldberg with subsequent stroke (still no clue how that is connected, unless they are calling a hemorrhage/TBI a stroke), and his promo asking “who are you to doubt El Dandy”.

I really wish Bret had stayed in the WWF..and it would have been Bret vs Austin 3 at wrestlemania 14 instead of Shawn.

I liked Bret's work, and not to mention Owen would probably still be alive today.

I remember I couldn't hardly wait each week to see if sting was going to join nwo or if he was going to go against them. They would show sting in the top of the arena just sitting and watching for weeks before he finally did anything. When he pulled the bat out and cleaned house on nwo I was on the edge of the couch pumped as hell.

Wrestling was better than the NFL. And the ratings showed it. FFB saved their arse a few years later.

Wrestling had a good run but the internet killed it. Kids no longer can have the debate if it’s real or not, just check social media. It’s basically just for dudes that admit they just enjoy a male soap opera.
