They are in mine. You can have 1 standard size sign. You cannot load up your yard and cant do anything huge like that. No signs in any common spaces. I'm not a huge Cruz fan, but hate all the Beto crap more. I just want a sign that says "NOT Beto"

Why is everyone on this board pro Cruz? He’s as swampy as it gets. Like, the pinnacle of swampiness. He embodies all things swampiness. This is the exact type of politician Trump wants out of Washington.

Holy shite..

Libertarians 100% promote voluntary association . they do not however promote membership in HOA's because of the item you mentioned. Some individuals might, but most would believe in individual property rights long before HOA association.

Because the alternative is a rich privileged guy who fakes being Hispanic to pander to the minority in Texas. All while wanting to take away gun rights and have open borders (in Texas).

Her: (1/2) Hi ###, this is Laura w/ Beto for Texas. Early voting starts Monday, Oct 22 & runs until Friday, Nov 2. Based on public records, we think you're (2/2) registered to vote in Collin County. You can find nearby early voting locations at betofortexas.com/vote Can Beto count on your vote?

Me: I'd rather vote for FILO Beto

Her: Got it, have a nice day!

He's the Bernie Sanders candidate running for the Texas senate seat

Thank you. frick those dipshits, this is one time I side with HOA.

So you're saying you are willing to change your stance on property rights based on the political affiliation of the impacted owner?

Actually, the property rights are partially controlled by the HOA and they knew that when they purchased the property. So I was entirely siding with property rights, it just so happens to come with a bonus in this case.

So you don't understand how HOAs work is what you're saying.

I can't stand Beto The Fake Mexican.

But I could see allowing this as a way to know where the dipshits live, too.

Beto reminds of Talladega Nights, he waves his hands around constantly when he talks.

They cut his body off in the ads, but you can still see it.

First off - frick beto. But, a 24'x18' sign is the size of a fricking billboard! I don't care if the sign says, "MERRY CHRISTMAS"...the SIZE of the sign is obnoxious.

he's like a cheesy TV preacher.... who supports everything i support. It's not like Trump where i'm like good Trump/Bad Trump depending on the day and action. i've got pissed at tons of people i voted for over the years, but there hasn't been anything i'm aware of that Ted voted for that I disagreed. i voted against my congressman in primaries this year because he has about 5-6 votes that were against what he campaigned on.

so we can call Ted slimy, swampy, pedo, whatever. He still is on record as voting how i would have voted in his place every time that i'm aware.
