Well you see her regularly so that is in your favor.... So think long term.
Just be consistent and courteous. At some point, you will have an opportunity to smile and say 'good morning'.
In my mind, all a woman has to do is reciprocate with a warm smile to show that she is receptive to further contact.
If you don't get the response you seek just keep on with your aloof routine at the gym. Don't press it because you will have another opportunity. She will know what's up.
Also. Make sure she is single. Married women take their rings off at the gym.

Also...what does she wear to the gym? Is it obvious she wearing makeup to the gym?
Your chick wearing a full face and perfectly matched tiny sports bra and short shorts with perfect hair is going to the gym to also get attention/noticed.
If she isn’t wearing any makeup, headphones in all the time, always by herself looking like a normal chick....leave her alone.

I make it a point not to make eye contact with men in the gym for 3-6 months just so they know that my being polite, aka smiling, isn't an invitation to bother me during my workout.
