I couldn't get through the whole thing, but a cop can legally order you out of the vehicle on a traffic stop. Regardless if you think the stop is valid.
That's one of two things I don’t challenge on a stop. The other is showing ID and POI. Even if its an illegal stop, you aren't going to win your case on the side of the road, and not complying with those two things almost always make these fragile ego cops fly off the handle.
If they stopped you illegally, sue them later.

I didn't say that all cops are bastards, but I'm glad you volunteered that statement.
