That entire segment of society is lost and never going to be saved.
We've taken it on as national policy to raise them from cradle to grave.

I had to google map the place to see how close to the downtown area of Montgomery that Highland park is.
You want to see the saddest part of all?
Click the google maps link and see all of the houses of worship in the area. Damn near one on every corner. Those houses of worship are preying on the poorest of them all. It's a damn shame.

They priced the culcha out of the area, and what culcha that does remain is concentrated in certain parts of the city as far away from the desirable areas as possible.
