This cultural appropriation shite is so dumb. There's nothing disrespectful about that dress. Sharing and admiring other cultures should be celebrated.
Most Asian people love to share their culture so I'm actually kind of surprised about this. Japanese in particular want to gift you with traditional Japanese things like kimonos so you can take them home and help spread their culture that they love.
