Congrats, youre fired. Your 4 years in college were wasted as you are now unhirable in a school. Youre convicted for assault, maybe attempted murder if you beat her after shes knocked out. Your future employers outside of your job now are very hesitant to hire you. All this drama has caused relationship problems with family and your SO.

My wife is a teacher but luckily its a mostly white school so i dont have to worry about her being assaulted.

Did she really think they were going to give her the phone back after she said “can I get my phone…I need my phone“? Actually, probably yes.
Glad to see what she was arrested for assault and obviously will be charged as an adult.
And it’s terrible that all of those teachers were just standing around, knowing if they put their hands on that adult student, they would likely get fired.

We should just let students drop out of high school if they don’t want to be there.
If the kids can’t behave or don’t want to learn, then that’s it. The best teacher in the world can’t do anything about that.

All true. But let's face it, there's a damn good chance he'll get fired over all this anyway. I draw the line at some sheboon assaulting me while other future engineers hoot and holler and record it. I'm not even a tough guy but I would have absolutely beat the everloving shite out of her.

Need to start throwing these kids out of school forever.
If they can't get anything but shite jobs the rest of their lives then so be it.
The kids that want to be there may have a chance at an education.
Locally a girl accused a teacher of assault. A friend corroborated and a sheriff was dispatched to the school to investigate. After a lengthy investigation that went to court the girls admitted they lied.
Teacher reinstated.
Here's the kicker... school was small and the kid was allowed back to school and they forced the teacher to take her back in her class....

There’s no accountability anymore.
Meanwhile, the kid doesn’t learn anything in class because she’s buried in her phone, and everyone will blame the guy for not teaching her anything.
