Aside from the noise, which the fish have heard before, the wake is gonna give that bait a little better action. So not sure what he's getting all bent out of shape about.

Ornery fishermen in shitty boats have been upset about wakes from bigger, nicer boats since the dawn of modern boating I think

Probably because the bigger boat swamped him while he was fishing.

When we were young we used to waterski for hours right at dusk, because that was when the wind died down and we got the best water. It also happened to be right about where the walleye fisherman were setting up. Needless to say we got more than a few fist shakes and lures tossed at us over the years.

When people are ready with a cell phone I have to wonder what did they do in the first place to piss him off. I'm sure there are two sides to this story. Not that his actions were justified but I see some dumbassery on the water from people in boats big and small.

i heard the rest of the story was that this guy was fishing by the rocks and when the yacht came in the pass it threw a big wake that pushed his little dingy all up into the rocks.

he didnt just go insane and decide to ram the other boat for no reason at all.

if thats true its understandable he was pissed but he is still an idiot to attack that size boat with nothing more then a motorized bathtub

Seriously, all you boating baws out there - if this motherfricker didn't do that intentionally, then just exactly WTF was he doing there? I get that he was wasted, but still.

No way that is an accident. He likely claimed it was to avoid the associated battery/attempted murder charges. Best to take a OWI than violent felony.
