Within 2 years the Allied nations realized their mistake of joining an alliance with the Spanish. The Aztecs attempted to convince some of the major Meso American Nations to join them & fight these strange foreigners.

But it was only a matter of time. If not the Spanish the British, French, Portuguese or other European powers would have eventually colonialized the Americas( Just like Asia, Africa , Oceania, etc.....). Europe was a culture of War & the reason I scoff at the notion of the West calling anyone else " bloodthirsty ".

You do this because you're an actual literal communist.

You think the Chinese government is awesome. You're a nut.

I visited Caceres, Spain for a weekend and happened upon the Toledo-Moctezuma Palace. A conquistador married one of Moctezuma's daughters, and this was their place. It has a lot of cool Aztec influenced decor, and although all the Spanish castles and palaces I visited were cool, this one was definitely unique.

The Comanche are forever grateful to Cortez for bringing them Spanish horses.

Nice. I've never heard of that. Sounds like an interesting place to visit.

Human history is a continuous cycle of more powerful tribes conquering less powerful tribes. It happens over and over, and the location does not matter. It's who we are as a species.

Undersood. But some act as if though the West did these people a favor by introducing & using inventions " borrowed" from others ( Compass, Gunpowder, printing, paper money, paper, Alphabet, Universities/ Colleges, etc)

All " borrowed" inventions the West used to "civilize" the world. Ideas that can be spread without warfare / colonization.

It's typically overlooked now, but some contend that the Old World got syphilis, hepatitis, encephalitis, chagas, and polio from the New World. It wasn't all one way.

Let me guess, the bad old white men “borrowed” everything (and then somehow conquered the world with it, despite being stupid worthless cave people) from the wise and peaceful natives of color, who knew no war or pestilence and lived in harmony with nature before the arrival of the “white man”?
