this is why you dont try shite like that down here in the South. You dont only have to be worried about the cops but you also have to be worried about every other resident in the area that owns guns.

Two great Americans right there.

Guys like this are habitually and reflexively mocked by Hollywood/media, liberals on the coasts, and even our most recent president. But the makeup of these people is in part what has made America unique and great.

26 are dead. That POS was successful.

Just heard interview with the young cowboy. He was extremely well spoken and intelligent in describing what happened. I'm sure many will look at his picture and peg him differently.

Young guy was incredibly poised while giving that interview after going through all that

Try? Tell that tough guy nonsense to the 27 family members killed before he left the scene.
That young guy looks slighty Transgendered. Nothing wrong with that, but.......

Been saying this since 9/11. A plane that took off from Texas or Louisiana would have had some baws that would have whipped some box cutter carrying Arab's arse. I would have had a small lock blade knife on me back then too. #Dadumbway

Would you rather it have been 47? The point is that these men confronted the shooter and saved countless lives. What's to say he wasn't planning on going down the street to the next church after he was done with this one? These guys risked their own lives and went after a nutjob who just killed 27 people and was heavily armed with body armor and a semi auto rifle. Although the shooter was "successful", it likely would have taken much longer to put a stop to this madness if it didn't happen in the South where people have the means to defend themselves close at hand.

Not to diminish what they’ve done, but no one is a good enough shot to do this on purpose in a pressure situation

I was going to point out the same thing but decided to let it go. The “journalist” really needs to calm down here and just report the facts.

The guy had a rifle. Homeboy could have been the worst shot on Earth. That body armor wasn’t going to save that POS’ life.

Easy shot.
I remember...
Carson has no idea how far apart they were, what cover he might have had, who was moving, how many shots were fired. Heck, he might have hit the guy right beside the 'gap' 3 times???!!! To say "no one" is just silly. '
