Was gonna fly out to Vegas with her for the weekend before the Wu-flu shut everything down.

Give her the day off. No dishes to do, no cooking, no clothes to pick up off the floor or laundry to start.
On Wednesday, pick up to go meals that she likes, not necessarily what you like.
Is steak her favorite or would she rather have shrimp, or chicken, or lobster.
Make it her day and show her that you have noticed what she likes.

I like this idea, then the day after, let her know that the dishes are piling up and the clothes that you picked up off the floor are waiting in the laundry hamper.

Me....? I would do the steaks however she likes(probably a nice filet for her), make a pot of The Dakota's Crabmeat and Brie Soup and have a good French bread and have a cold bottle of Veuve Cliquot on hand.

Have nice home cooked dinner with wine and then give her a travel book with tickets to said destination for when this virus is over. Plane tickets are hella cheap at the moment.
