Pay 50-60k for a super-low mileage 2020 Tundra and forget about it for another 300k miles.

All mid size trucks have this glaring problem. I traded my Tacoma for a Tundra back in 2019 and this was a big reason why. No regerts.

Big fan of Honda and their V6 but most truck buyers don't consider it.

I'd get the Passport before the Ridgeline

I'm considering a Passport trailsport for my next vehicle. But i've got a pretty long time horizon on when that might be. Will probably keep the current vehicle for another year minimum

The Toyota tundra is a solid choice.

Whatever you choose, I strongly advise you to stay away from any model newer than a 2026.

GMC/Chevy has a new V8 coming out next year

The lack of a dipstick is a major issue. And theres no way in hell GM will redesign to add one.

There will be thousands of warraties voided when those oil sending units fail and the oil runs low. Engines will throw rods and GM will say "ya let the ahll run low..."

I just bought a loaded GMC Sierra and I love it. One thing I looked at was the service department. I had a Cadillac from the same dealer and it was well taken care of. So that was a big determining factor for me. Before the caddy had a King Ranch but the dealer here changed their service department and it went to shite. I vowed not to buy a Ford for that reason.

Nissan Frontier with a true V6. Best pickup on the market, although it is not a full sized truck.

If open to used look for a 2024 Nissan Titan. Last year of those that Nissan put out. They gave a true V8 and a 10 speed transmission. It's a solid truck. Their 5.6 L Endurance engine is compatible to the old Toyota 5.7 L engine.

25k sedan.

Good gas mileage, get you where you need to go. Cheap note if you must finance at lower rate.

I saw a late 90s Tacoma yesterday (my little brother had one in high school) those were such cool little trucks.
