Help me explain to my buddy that this is not acceptable behavior

This may get a tad long winded, so I beg each of your pardons before I begin this great tale. So every year since we were freshmen in high school a group of friends and I have done a guys beach week. This will probably be the last year that we will do it because we are now in our mid twenties and moving along with our lives. Anyway, one of my friends, let’s call him Brody, is a little bit slow at times. He’s one of the most gullible people I know, and always seems to have a hard time understanding why certain things are acceptable or unacceptable in different situations. He’s sort of a courtesy invite because he’s pretty annoying to have around most of the time.

Anyway, we used to always go to Biloxi, but this year we rented a few condos in destin and reserved some chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The chairs next to us are reserved by a group of extremely attractive girls who we have come to find out are rising high school seniors, but easily look old enough to be in college (no pics sorry guys).


Throughout the week, I’ve noticed Brody eyeing them down, and he has made insinuations that he would like to go talk to them. For instance, the other day he asked whether or not we should pack extra drinks in the ice chest and offer them to the girls. He’s also done the classic let the football go way over his head and roll near the girls seats so he can say hello.

Well today, Brody has decided that it would be a good idea to approach the girls with a pen and paper and pretend like they look familiar to him so he can ask for their number. We have all told him that it is illegal and inappropriate for a 26 year old to be flirting with 17 year old high school chicks but he will not hear of it and keeps making the excuse that his parents are 15 years apart so what he is doing is fine. Please help us explain to this asshat that he is wrong and what he is doing is not acceptable so I can show him this thread as evidence.
