I just attempted to build a tin shed from Wayfair no less, and I still had to bring out the circular saw to cut off excess metal on the roof because somehow I fricked up the assembly. Now the back is nothing but jagged edges.

I would be very cautious, considering the Chinese Drywall problems a few years ago.

My parents camp at Toledo has a secondary bunk house that is slightly smaller than the smallest one of these but is like being in a cave.
I wouldn't want to live in one of these but for short term staying, especially as an ADU, I think these are great.

Why not just a travel trailer. Gives you about the same space if not more and it would be mobile.
