Yeah, no shite. People love believing fairy tales because it makes us feel good. Deep down we all knew that it was too good to be true.
The language centers of the brain have to develop at an early age. It's no different than visual centers. There's a window of opportunity for those things to develop. If the window is missed, it's impossible to learn.

Alright Pointdexter, please elaborate how she learned how to do anything. How could she distinguish taking a shower from being peed on without seeing what's going on?

If things are now like they were when I went to school it’s because they spend more time teaching you about Helen Keller than ww2

You aren't being serious right? She isn't the only example of people developing these skills to some extent later in life. Stay off of the Youtube deep fake videos and just read some history.

She had ghosts in her underpants

Helen Keller's parents punished her by leaving the plunger in the toilet.

I agree she was a fraud. Anne Sullivan and her socialist, literary professor husband were pulling the strings on Keller. Keller’s most original, impactful, and mature writings were when she was in her early teens. As she matured, you’d think her writings would become wiser and more complex, but just the opposite happened. There was a noticeable and definite dropoff in the quality of Keller’s writings after Sullivan died. Coincidence….I think not.

I always heard that her maid left the plunger in the toilet, and her parents punished her by rearranging her furniture.

Not only that, Anne Sullivan turned Hellen Keller into a communist. Both should have been thrown out of a helicopter.

Why couldn’t Helen Keller drive a car?
Because shes a woman
Because shes a woman

Sometimes I confuse hellen Keller and Anne frank and it always makes me laugh. "Stuff the retard in the attic to hide her from the Germans!"

I've seen a black guy play a piano before, so I can buy Stevie Wonder mashing keys while blind. But could you imagine a baby writing a book? Preposterous on its face.

I am serious. If you covered the eyes of a newborn and never allowed them to see, they would not be able to see as an adult. That part of the brain wouldn't develop. If they could see it would be completely out of focus.
The same is true for language. If a person is deaf and blind, they would essentially be unable to learn later in life. This is not new science. This is well-known.

How did Helen Keller get a burn on her ear?
She answered the iron.
How did she get a burn on her other ear?
They called back.
Fixed

Either your shower head needs a cleaning badly or your piss stream is seriously fricked up.
