Heats been running fine all day, set on 67 right now
Last hour or so, the air coming out of the vents in bedrooms feels cool
Vents in kitchen, living room etc, air feels warm as it should
Thermostat shows good temp, and says heat system on
Filter dirtier than i thought but no apparently no replacements in house
Could it just be a dirty filter issue?
Thanks

Do you know if you have a heat pump?

You'll have to go outside and get on the roof to fix the exhaust vent

Might need to check the specs on the rotary girder.

If a heat pump swap it to emergency heat. But honestly there’s no reason I can see why in certain rooms it’s cooler than others other than cold air being introduced into the duct work. Go into the attic and see if any ducts have come loos at the plenum box

If you have a heat pump, make sure the emergency heat switch is on. Lest you risk this action

Do you have a gas heater? Mine did that a couple years ago when we had some crazy cold weather and it turned out the gas company couldn’t keep up with demand

Is it zoned? I find that sometimes when one zone is on and the other isn’t, I can feel some room temp or chilly air leeching from the vents in the zone that’s off.
Turn all the zones on and wait a few minutes to see if you actually have a problem.

How many returns do you have? Make sure all the doors are open in your house.

No heat pump, conventional
Brand new System installed right after flood, inside and out
Will need to check the attic duct work I guess

This happened in Prairieville, LA during one of these cold snaps in the teens 3-4 years ago.
Utility (Entergy Gas) couldn't keep up with the demand and supply pressure dropped.
I remember because my sister in law called my wife in a panic because the house couldn't get above 65.
