Great work. Next step is to go find a devil-may-care attorney who will sue HIS family for negligent child-rearing, negligent shovel lending, negligent failure to report parole violations, etc. Flip the script, ma'am. Make 'em defend it.

I saw a News Bulletin here in Tennessee. They have held up executions because the serum used for execution was selected by a non medical person. The serum may cause pain when injected.

Couldn't they just use some of the fentanyl they confiscate?

Don’t bring garden tools to a gun fight.

I pray I never have to use a gun, but if a person is in my house illegally, I will act to protect my family. If I fear for their lives, I will not hesitate.

Don’t see why not.

Or a bullet to the head is instant and cheap. This shouldn’t be complicated.

Jails in Louisiana are built to make money, not rehab criminals. There are prisons out there that have resources to do so, but they damn sure aren't in this state.

If only this 50 year old man would’ve been taught not to carjack and break into people’s homes! This precious life is now gone from the world.

This mother and her 2 children would be dead if she didn’t have a firearm to protect them.

You can be a hood rat/addict at 50. He has a record and obviously doesn't make the best decisions. Fortunately he made his last bad decision.

Exactly how it should be. Maybe give her a medal

But, look at the quote from the a-hole police chief- Travis says it appeared to be a woman exercising her right to protect home and family..... You dam right, this MF breaks into her house at 5AM with a tire tool and shovel, and she has 2 kids sleeping??? He deserves a full 6 rounds in his brain!! Quit being stupid and call it a justified killing of scum to protect her home and family

And some would have you to believe that anyone can e a gun…this story has a drastically different ending if the pro gun confiscation crowd were to ever get their way

which deputies say ended when the woman shot the alleged intruder.

He's dead in her house with a lug wrench and shovel, but he's "alleged" intruder.

love the implication that this man could’ve been rehabbed in any shape or form

Spending 20 years in the Louisiana prison system does nothing but make you a worse person. That's not really a debate.
