if you aren't trolling, then please tell me where this idea is coming from. You are being fed something a lot more dangerous than the food you're eating.
ETA: I recommend the 7-hour podcast Dr. Peter Attia did with Dr. Tom Dayspring as a primer on lipidology. It is fascinating. Attia's previous ep with Dave Feldman was good too, but Attia kind of pissed me off with the way he treated Dave, especially in the post-hac intro. But the mass-balance issue isn't that important to me right now. LINK
Another good resource is Malcolm Kendrick's now-57 part blog on CVD. LINK
See also, anything by Ron Krauss (Attia interviewed him also). I don't necessarily agree with everything all these people say (and they have some disagreements on various issues--see mass-balance quibble mentioned above). But Krauss and Dayspring are two of the most knowledgeable people in the world about lipidology, so I tend to listen to them instead of the sort of really bad info you posted.

Simply eating eggs will put you 5 times over the daily recommended cholesterol intake.
Too much cholesterol, high levels of LDL in particular, may cause atherosclerosis, a condition in which plaque

But eating 300g of simple sugars everyday is ok...

I eat beef on average 3 to 4 times a week. Sometimes more.

Soft drinks are liquid candy. If people would cut out soft drinks and floss at least one time a day it would probably reduce 75% of the cavities you see out there. Sugar is a rampant problem in this country.

my NMR profile is damned near perfect, as are my inflammation (e.g. CRP, sed rate) liver-function tests, and insulin-resistance (NMR has a decent index) markers, and they all keep getting even better as I've increased my animal-fat intake.
I realize this is n=1 anecdotal evidence, but it beats bad epidemiology and vegan propaganda. and, as long as I feel great, perform well physically, my numbers remain as good as they are, and my body fat % remains in the low-teens or better, I think I'll stick with what I'm doing despite any cherry-picked mouse data.

I can't believe we're #5. Are people in other states just eating fried butter?

meat causes diabetes more so than sugar.
I’m going to assume you’re trolling because I can’t believe you actually believe that statement. I’ve witnessed first hand what type 2 diabetes can do to a person who had NO self control and I promise you beef, pork and chicken wasn’t a primary staple in his diet.
The biggest problem with nutrition in this country is that people try to over over complicate it.

I’ll get downvoted but you are wrong. There isn’t anything inherently wrong with sugar. It just make it easier for you to have an excess amount of caloric intake.
If someone had a net negative caloric intake of a sugar rich diet, they aren’t getting heart disease.

Same uncle went to the doctor at 102.
Asked when his last checkup was, he replied "When I joined the service."
He was in the Army between WW1 & WW2.

IDK where I stand on this. My cholesterol was high. I switched to a protein, veggie, and fruit diet. Only drink red wine, black coffee and water. Cholestrol dropped. Not sure what the culprit was, but it worked for me.
