I answered your question on how kinetic weapons are not similar to conventional, poison, and nuclear weapons. Not sure how I can make that any more clear.

Well...... Uh........ I mean.... A kinetic weapon isn't anything like a conventional explosive weapon, nor a nuclear weapon, nor a poisonous weapon....

Soo....uh..... Like.... Under the CURRENT guidelines of what classifies as a WMD, a kinetic weapon does not meet the criteria.

Should ot be classified as a WMD? That's another discussion all together. But, as it stands, it isn't. It is a kinetic weapon.
