Having trouble identifying the speaker of this quote

Does anyone recall who said this?
Paraphrasing because I can't remember it exactly but it went something along the lines of ... They (People in Baton Rouge) don't care about the boudreaux's, fontenot's and the thibodaux's.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this quote was not from Jefferson, Lincoln, Gravy or Boosie.
