Have you seen any drivers like this lately?

In Baton Rouge. Every day.

I distinctly remember one of the questions on the first driving test I took to get my license at 14 1/2 (you could get it six months before 15 if you had completed drivers ed and worked on a farm back then). Question was:

You pass your exit on the highway. You should:

1. Stop and back up in your traffic lane to the exit.
2. Pull onto the shoulder and then back up to the exit.
3. Go to the next exit, turn around and come back.

I thought to myself, certainly people don’t miss this question ? Having driven in BR, I now know the truth.

Black guy almost missed his exit in Shreveport...LOL

was really hoping that semi would have obliterated that car for a quick justice.
