The two times I’ve seen that happen in Baton Rouge it was middle aged white guys driving F-150s while talking on a cell phone

We need to be like Germany. Getting a DL requires a good chunk of cash and very hard tests.
Its actually quite amazing how easy it is to get a DL in the US when you consider the consequences of letting actual morons pilot a piece of metal at high speed down the road.
