Dang, we have quite a few gifted people here.

Of course we do, it's the OT. Plus they are all 6'3', 175 lb millionaires with 2 maybe 3 coke cans

I'm not allowed to say what I scored, but suffice to say ChatGPT asks me questions.

Yes. I was tested when I was 9 years old and scored 134.

Nah, you’re probably right.

IQs do fluctuate though.

To your other point, it’s the OT, of course every plant operator has an IQ of 130+. Duh.

you got me, spelling isnt my thing for sure. math, physics and cognitive reasoning are

but yea as an engineer when i walk into the control room....every operator makes sure to tell me I am a dumbass and they are much smarter

Yeah I'm not nearly as smart as I was in high school/undergrad.

The post-30 decline is real

yea i mean i do find creatine helps but just in general....life throws so much at you once kids are involved that your mind is 100 other places.

since i turned 35 and kids have gotten older I do feel like i have gotten dumber. I used to sit down and think problems out in my free time and try and do problems like bridge design and certain hard math problems....now i never have time to do those things.

As expected, nobody on the OT has less than a 130 iq

According to this test (for whatever it's worth), it puts me around 122-124. I didn't pay for the score, so I had to look up percentiles and IQs. Now, that's just percentile based on who has taken this particular test, so I don't put much stock in. I see myself as smart enough to know I'm not crazy smart.

Maybe when I was young to get into the Gifted program. No idea what the score was. Watching this thread feels like a control group.
