Has There Been A Consensus OT 10?

As I read threads that discuss various women and their respective OT rankings, I'm struck that one guy's 10 is someone else's 7 or 8. And I understand that, as different features or aspects appeal more (or less) to different people.
But with that said, are there one or two women who have been consensus 10's? Asksing for 100% agreement in nigh impossible, but is there someone, or several someones, about whonm 85% - 90% agreed with the initial poster's 10 rating?

There can never be such a thing. If more than one picture exists of a person, someone will see some flaw. If only one picture exists of a person, there is not enough evidence to certify unicorn status.

One of OTs unwritten but accepted rules: There may be some 9.99's but there will never be a 10. She doesn't exist.
