The think DJ had more of a challenge getting into the movie industry but then again, he did have lot of acting experience with wrestling.

Will Smith. I think in part he chooses to do less the days because for 250 million reasons.

I remember reading that he is extremely selective in the movies he chooses to do. He was offered the role as Neo in the Matrix.. And I think he said he is glad he did because he thought that Reeves was a better actor for the character.

This is true and you would think having to play a character in pro wrestling, more wrestlers would be good actors, but there have been a few that has absolutely proven that a popular wrestler doesn't always make the best movie star. Rowdy Roddy Piper comes to mind when I think of wrestlers turned shitty actor.

The Rock has had a following for a long time. He’s created a great image. From his wrestling days, to his shows, to his movies and his Project Rock with UA. The dude promotes an image that hard work still means something. I like a guy like that.

Additionally, he had to overcome the stigma of being a wrestler.

DJ is the opposite of a lot of the Hollywood snobs. Getting your start with the brutal grind that WWE is will do that I guess. He has built his brand from the ground up. Studios are printing money off him and he is laughing all the way to the bank.

Will surrendered his man card when he let his wife push the oscars so white bullshite. Made him look like a whiney bitch.

It’s annoying seeing him in every movie

Then don’t watch his movies? I know intelligence isn’t one of your strengths, but you have to try.

Will Smith did himself in with all his complaining about the Oscars and what not. His children are just as bad. I enjoy going see a Rock movie. I won't go see a Will Smith movie.

Without question. Smith and his family are the biggest bunch of narcissistic douchebags in the country.

It can be argued that narcissism is a trait of successful people. The Rock is as narrcisstic as they come. When people throw that word around in regards to famous/successful people it just screams insecure

He used to post pictures of his little puppies on Instagram all of the time. Then, one drowned in his pool, and he posted the story on Twitter. Bitches were crying everywhere.

All of the gym rats love watching him work out and post videos. Chicks also like that.

Decent football player. Very popular wrestler. Much more popular actor. He's just a likeable guy. There's no way around it.

Will Smith, on the other hand, is a douche. His entire family sucks. He doesn't make music, comedy, or movies anymore, so he's not relevant

The rock is arguably the most charismatic and likable entertainer in history. Unfortunately, he’s such a nice guy he’s unable to say no to a script. He is by far the most popular actor right now, which is surprising if you just look at the list of movies he’s been in; they’re almost all garbage.

Smith fell off the map years ago, but in his prime was easily a better actor than the rock and has a much better catalogue of movies.
