It seems like she said "stop" and he stopped. Did he thrust once more? Did he finish, then stop? How long between being told to stop and stopping is permissible? Seems like this was handled well by LSU.

Sexually assaulting someone should be equally as unacceptable as falsely accusing someone of rape, with the same prison sentences.

This is a non-story for me. If I was raped I would go to the police and not the university. Secondly, why does the detail about her being a first generation college student need to be included? Was the football player also a first generation college student?

She’s looking for money if I had to guess.
