This FDA is literally the Trump administration's FDA.

How can you people be so stupid? It's impressive in the weirdest way.

FDA needs to use some best professional judgement and get rid of the fees.

My understanding is that there is a regulation for sanitizer that the alcohol has to be denatured. The companies being fined sold sanitizer that was drinkable. That’s why they’re being fined.

I could be wrong but that’s how I understood it.

I still think it’s a BS move by the FDA though.
