If I was just staying at a chicks house, as opposed to living with her, I’d first go home to my working AC, then I’d text her to tell her “your AC is out”.

Yeah I'd react negatively to the "our room" comment. It's one thing to have some day after staying over stuff there, but moving in is a big deal that needs to be thought about and discussed. Set hard boundaries.

First off, congrats on getting laid.
Now let me give you some advice that I wish I had been given when I was in my early 20s. Women do not respect men who do not put hard boundaries down. If she is there 5 nights a week, that means she realistically hangs out at your place 6 days a week. That's insane that she's not kicking in rent at that point, even if it's just to you.
