I don't but I'm not religious. But I participate if others wish to.
I mean it's not like it's going to ruin the food.

We say grace before every meal. At home or out.

don’t like to making a show of it. I get a tad uncomfortable when I see folks make a big show of it in a restaurant or somethin
I usually just stand with arms outstretched at the head of the table while the family sits quietly. We ask the tables around us for any prayer request. Very low key and respectful.

I try to every meal. Don't always remember because I am a heaping pile of sinfulness but I try...

The only time my family ever said Grace was for holidays or when eating at my grandparents house (specifically my mom's parents).
I have my own beliefs that really don't fall into any established religious category so I do not consider myself a true Christian. But I don't think saying or not saying Grace defines whether or not someone is a true Christian.

I like the Grace Jimmy Stewart said in Shenandoah: "We planted this food. We grew it, we harvested, and we prepared it . But we thank you just the same."

I'd say an anthropomorphic god is an outdated concept.

Seriously, how many of you baws are actually asking for the good Lord to bless your food and "all the people" before every meal.
Me and my family do.

We never do it and when it happens (rarely) at a dinner or something, I get super awkward

I refill my drink when the guy I work with does it.

We say grace before meals when at home and info as well when I'm out by myself.

I thank the Lord for my food every meal. It’s a small act but helps me keep my mind and heart hopefully grateful.

I make sure to recognize the folks who actually produced most of my food. The farmers, butchers, stores, etc. Most of the meat I eat I kill myself so I make sure to be grateful that we have a successful game and fish department that helps keep the "god gave it to us to use as we see fit" folks at bay

Therefore, fewer people have to pretend now days... The only people (largely) who continue to pray are those who are genuine Christians...and there ain’t many.
Wow, I didn't realize that only Christians pray!?!
