Elaine had grace. Or, though she thought until corrected.

Like the prayer before eating? I don't see it often. If it is ever done around me, I'm not a shite about it though.

I’m sure it’s been said already but religion as a whole is an outdated concept, not just saying grace.

We pray before every meal.

At home or in public. It’s for us. Not them.

The concept of grace, whether you’re a Christian or not, is infinitely more powerful than saying some words over some food. Grace is the most important tenant of the Christian faith, but also something a father has the incredible power to show a child, a wife a husband. It is not “the blessing.” That’s an insult to the word, the philosophy, the theology.

Grace
It’s the name for a girl
It’s also a thought that
Could change the world

At dinner the other night at a restaurant my nephew asked if he could say grace. He had never said anything about it before, ever. Found out his date is considered to be religious and he was trying to make a good impression so he could bang her.

In this case it's certainly not an "outdated" concept.

Wow, I didn't realize that only Christians pray!?!

Why would any other large segment of the American population do so publicly or at a table?
