They just want the money.. call them get it changed to a non-moving violation.. pay them and dont speed there again , not even 1 mile over the limit

There's always a chance the officer might not show.

I was sitting in a courtroom waiting my turn on another issue and I watched 7 or 8 people try to overturn a ticket and they all lost so I would say the odds are against it.

One of our clients thought he had an outstanding warrant for not paying a ticket for a couple of years. We contacted the mayor and they didn't have any record of it. I guess the officer didn't turn it in or they lost or discarded it.

I argued with the cop on the side of Hwy 30 in St. Gabriel once years ago. Yelled and argued back and forth with him. Man, looking back on that moment I was so fricking dumb.

Yes, I recently did and won in Ocean Springs, MS. I kept delaying my court date, some legit others made up, until I was 7 months post original date. Showed up, officer did not because his schedule was jammed, I win they lose...plus it was a bogus 84 in a 70 when my cruise was set to 74, so I was not going down without some kind of fight lol

Anyone got advice about the change to non-moving violation? Went home and got ticket in speed zone that wasn’t there a year ago. I don’t mind paying, just would prefer insurance to not change.

I used to call and ask if I could pay it and have it reduced to a non-moving violation. It works every time

Yes, I got out of one in Henderson.
