Does A-Rod have a chance of completely redeeming himself?

Why do you crazies always have to ruin shite? They should pen you people into the Poli Board and not let you out. Like the velociraptors in Jurassic park.

I doubt Hamilton will be dead that soon , but he will be able to drink all he wants if he feels like it. As far as the drugs, I think he will be a somewhat user. He is NOT staying sober for his own good. He is doing it to play ball and when he is done he will fall off the wagon quick.

Only problem is that his playing career is almost over. He needs to move to the Dominican Republic and start a camp for homeless kids who can't read and write good but play baseball for at least a decade.

I'd throw Bret Favre out there. Was an alcoholic early in his career, dick picks episode, and a media drama queen yet most still see him as a small time good ol' boy making a good ol' honest living.

Other than that are guys like Michael Irvin and Chris Carter although they were never really scumbags...just liked to party.

Also Jim Rome post Jim Everett debacle.

Michael Irvin with strippers and cocaine. Didn't he slap one of them around too?

He can't be avoided on an NFL Sunday.

is a convicted rapist worse than a non convicted rapist?

In theory, sure. Not always the case. But that still isn't my point. In the court of public opinion, coming back from a conviction is far more difficult than an accusation.

In his life, Dustin Johnson has:

Bought the bullets that killed someone
Had sex with other players wives
Arrested for DUI
Had a pretty public cocaine problem
Suspended from the PGA Tour

Yet no one seems to care. Hell, I don't really care. I just think it's bizarre. It's not like he's a nobody in the sport.

Who killed the guy that got blood on Ray's clothes?
That's the main piece of evidence you point to to definitvely prove he killed someone?

The main takeaway from reading up on that case is that both sides, Lewis's friends as well as the victim's friends, have witnesses stating that Lewis was virtually the only one trying to break up the fight when things got out of hand.

Seems pretty obvious that one of his guys stabbed the dude, then they all took off.
