Our confidence in not flooding up here in the Woodlands is waning. That amount of rain is unprecedented......it's unreal and terrifying.

Travis Herzog, ABC13KTRK, meteorologist said it looks like it is undergoing another rapid expansion and there is concern for a Cat 4.

We took 16 inches of rain and remained bone dry last flooding event but forecasts of 20-36 inches of rain is sobering as frick.

Just woke up. Looks like the models have it over land longer causing it to be much weaker and further west for a secondary landfall. Is that accurate?

Nothing pinned down... not even close. Baytiger thinks it will make second landfall around Galveston, idk about after that.
