Our confidence in not flooding up here in the Woodlands is waning. That amount of rain is unprecedented......it's unreal and terrifying.

I wish I had that answer as well. As of now, we're shutting down this evening, with the earliest possible return to work being "sometime Monday".

We took 16 inches of rain and remained bone dry last flooding event but forecasts of 20-36 inches of rain is sobering as frick.

When is this thing hitting Baton Rouge?
Posted on 8/25/17 at 6:09 am to Jobu93
bigger concern is that it dropped 5 mb in just over an hour.

Hey Medic, good morning. Any updates on the potential track through Louisiana?
Posted on 8/25/17 at 6:16 am to GEAUXmedic
Is the Katy/Fulshear area fricked?
Posted on 8/25/17 at 6:18 am to baytiger
Just woke up. Looks like the models have it over land longer causing it to be much weaker and further west for a secondary landfall. Is that accurate?
Posted on 8/25/17 at 6:19 am to 3HourTour
You were fricked a long time ago, knuckle-dragging commoner.

Nothing pinned down... not even close. Baytiger thinks it will make second landfall around Galveston, idk about after that.
