186 homes in Phase 1. 5 builders. They have been building houses out there for at least 10 months. It will probably take 10-15 years to build out the entire neighborhood.

I doubt this, they are springing up fast, but if so, I'll be gone by the time it's finished.

I have no skin in the game, but damn all you assholes poo poo anything nice in BR just to sound cool. Y'all complain about BR being a shite hole, then complain when they try to do something nice. Go back to Denham and your hour commute. Thanks.

It is kind of funny from the Texans as well. The Lake at Harveston will likely be one of the nicest neighborhoods in BR, but you got people shitting all over it just to move to Cinco Ranch and McKinney to live in a house like below. Better write down the address because every other house in those cities look identical.

That’s not accurate. The road is still there and a large charter school is going up now where that plan shows homesites.

John Fetzer do not do shabby.

I've heard differently from people that own homes he has built. The development is great, but he's been known to cut corners on individual home construction.

Why? Bluebonnet is a 4 lane highway right there with minimal traffic and no red lights between Nicholson and Burbank.

They’re putting a round-a-bout in on Bluebonnet just past the Preserve too help traffic flow. The whole area is supposed to be golf cart friendly with paths/streets connecting the entertainment area through Harveston to UClub and Lexington.

Like it or not, this is one of the few places BR has to expand.

New construction, "Nice" and Baton Rouge is a total oxymoron.

Sorry, but Cheers on the rose colored glasses and positive outlook.

It's just south of the Gardere Hood and too close to the Mississippi River. Would not live there.

Looks cool. Way better than the commute from Denham and PVille. Every comment shitting on it are the same aholes that complain about nothing nice happening in BR.

I just came back from Atlanta and it is so dark. Much rather BR.

Wonder how bad it's gonna flood in the surrounding areas.

I've seen a couple of small new developments (10 or so homes) on Highland, that do look nice.
