I’m assuming a coach didn’t make them do this but rather upperclassman to freshman.

It's their coach. If they don't do it, they can no longer play on the team.

There’s likely no scholarship money especially for a woman’s sport in the Ivy.
Football “scholarships” are actually academic rides IF someone is critical to the program. Had a friend who was recruited…….

I call bullshite, cold nipples would cut the ice and make it bleed. On the other hand, cold lips could certainly stick to ice, so that sounds dangerous. And I thought Harvard had all extremely intelligent students.
