My favorite one are the chumps who need a man cave. WTF? You get one room in the house for yourself? Who paid for most of the house? You or your wife? So why does your wife get to dictate how the house is used?

A man cave is an excuse to get away from the wife... you dumb arse.

The homos, like GAFnugget and Pecker, have to convince themselves that being dead on the inside is the reason they like dick.

They don't want a happy household. They just want to obscure their lust for butthole pleasures.

It's ok. Their grandparents are watching them from Heaven.

Man, what are you trying to make up for? Most of your posts have to do with how "manly" you are. True sign of a beta.

Why would you want to be married to someone that you need a special room to hide from?

If you'll go back and look, the post when you stick strictly to advice (Don't be too available, don't be afraid of rejection, etc.) actually have a lot of support. You get massive down votes when you bring in your personal mantra of intentionally hitting on girls in front of their boyfriends, just for the sake of doing so, and that marriage is a scam.

I do reasonable things to make my wife happy, but I consistently piss her off because I call her out when she's acting like a crazy women. She gets mad for a few hours and realizes I was right and we move on. I love my wife dearly and she's truly the best person I know but women can be crazy and the best thing to do is call them out and stand firm.

You just described my scene as well.

In my book, a good husband goes out of his way to bring happiness to his wife. Not to avoid her wrath, but because he loves her and wants her to be happy.

But that doesn't mean he kisses her arse and bows to her dominance. He's still the man of the house, he still needs a backbone.

A true leader only flexes his muscles when needed. Not all the time over every decision point. I rarely push back on my wife when it comes to decisions because I usually don't really care about the things that she feels strongly about and I'm smart enough to know to choose my battles wisely. I only push back when I really have a strong opinion. And because I rarely push back, I always win. She "wins" a thousand minor skirmishes that I couldn't care less about but I "win" the major battles because I am invested and I care.

She knows this so she knows when I pipe up with a differing opinion it means I'm probably not going to change my mind.

It's hard to not cringe when I hear a dude say that

Or his wife say it in front of him

If single, poor, and desperately seeking attention is the result of your "approach"...it's not working.

It's usually an Alpha move imho, used as reverse psychology, to keep the wife compliant. That said, if I ever uttered that phrase, I'd go ahead and drive over to Wal Marks, buy a Russian -looking track suit, and sit on the couch with a case of beer and a container of processed cheese food, because game over.

And lets not get started about those "I love my wife" bumper stickers.

I had the opposite mentality when I was young. I saw all of these guys completely whipped.

I lived by the Snoop Dogg motto of "bitches ain't shite but hoes and tricks".

Now, looking back, I cringe when I realize how by being "alpha" in the relationship I treated these girls like total crap. Now, it was great from my perspective and I had a lot of fun at the time. But looking back I was a total dick.

So realize that there is a happy medium of not being a wimp in a relationship yet not treating a girl like a dog.

The woman you want to marry is the one who isn't going to expect you to be a pushover in a relationship and get mad and be passive aggressive when she doesn't get her way. You have to have mutual respect for each other. Because living like the guys you described in your OP would be no fun.
Same here, and couldn't agree more.

I like to bet on how many times he uses some form of the phrase "use you to extract your resources" in a thread.

This thread has nothing to do with homosexuality. It's actually really strange that you talk about homosexuality so much. I'm not saying that you're gay, I just think it's odd that you default to homosexual discussions when you disagree with someone.

Everyone needs space, some more than others. What weird couple wants to spend every waking moment in the same vicinity?
