Yes. He was also an air force vet. Hard to believe he had a 100% rate of no injuries just by pure accident.

Never wondered why he didn’t sell his property to the local magnate for $250K when he had purchased it for $40K two years earlier.

All this would have been avoided…

Sounds like he was an obstinate man, to say the least.
