I'm starting to think it may be a serial killer now. Maybe started as road rage. Then the killer got away and was a psychopath and took joy in the crime. Then kept repeating it.
The FBI should see if any phones pinged the same towers at the times of the shootings.

The east was built to support NASA jobs and oil jobs. Both dried up.
You can see the houses we're well built in some areas. And actually they're are still some nice areas of upper middle class blacks in the east. And then even the gated enclave of Eastover with the tightest security in the area (I can get on the Navy base faster).
But the issue with the east and why I stopped going. I started seeing crimes in progress. (Multiple hit and runs, one robbery) and I knew if I needed police it would take hours. Just not worth it to be out there.

Also, those killed would have to have some family. Where are all the family members of the innocent people completely randomly killed screaming about this? I would hope mine would be doing so.

There is a forensic files episode on that. Motive was robbery and they targeted tourists, you're right. Rental car companies changed their license plates after that to not show it was a rental. Pretty good episode. Woman flies from overseas to testify against the pieces of shite that were behind it while all the others cowarded out.

It’s not a serial killer
It’s gang hits. They follow their target and shoot them on the road when no other cars are around because they are already moving 70 mph and are in another city in 2 minutes and there is no evidence.
It’s an easier version of a drive by because you don’t have to be in their neighborhood.

It’s gang violence. The family knows why they were killed. They also know if they open their mouth they will be killed next.

I initially said the same thing up until I saw a list of victims when nola.com did a story last year. Not at all the right demographic of victims. They are all over the place. A couple of them could be gang related but the majority aren't. They are almost always in the car by themselves too which is odd.
I couldn't find that article to link it. There was a thread on the OT about it as well.
