Haircuts starting on the 15th seems to be happening...

Seeing stuff from some hair and nail salons that they have been notified that they can open on the 15th. I hope it's true and the gov. doesn't do something stupid and change his mind.

Roberto "Honor Code" Boucher lied to most of the legislature on a conference call about his last extension so I would no go by what people are hearing.

JBE is going to “extend the stay at home order” but allow everything in Phase 1 to open under “strict guidelines”...

Got my haircut yesterday. Had to wear a mask, didn’t care a bit. When I called to set my appointment it was a 3 hour wait

I agree. It will be extended stay at home, but all businesses can have 25% capacity with social distancing. Hair cuts can start under strict guidelines.
He is stuck between the legislature and the DNC.

Curious to know if he will allow 25% inside & 25% outside or if he is going to remove outside seating allowance

I broke down and used the flowbee I bought to groom my dog. I’ve since used it two more times. I’m probably not going back to pay someone to cut my hair. The flowbee gives me a better cut than I pay for 75% of the time.
I was pretty shocked it worked so well but it saves so much time I’m not going back.
