Had to say goodbye to my best friend…

Chip yesterday. 14 1/2 year old shepherd/lab mix that we took in as a stray back in February 2008 when he was about three months old.
Started going into kidney failure about 2 to 3 weeks ago and was a very rapid decline just in the last week and knew it was time to do the right thing for him.
Definitely going to miss my little buddy!

Condolences.
Every time I see one of these it reminds me of the best dog I ever had, gone almost 20 years and it still hurts.

Absolutely sucks losing a pet. Just remember the 14 1/2 years of joy that he gave you.

RIP and sorry. I have a bulldog thats fighting congestive heart failure so I will be facing that day soon too.

Sorry for your loss Man. We had to put my wife’s 13 year old Chihuahua down about a year ago. It was definitely a hard thing to do.
