That is not a citizen's arrest.

Not sure why all the hate for being a snitch. Dude could have killed someone while drinking and driving.

Ok, they dont really go to that school, so i don't know. But, they could go to that school and someone's kids do and I would not consider that snitching,

If he was slurry already, got in his car and cracked another one open, then you did the right thing. Good for you...

What about texting and driving... grounds for citizens arrest (via law enforcement)?

For future reference, a citizen’s arrest would have required a form tackle on the perp anywhere between the counter and his vehicle and then a 911 call requesting backup. You snitched.

There are many levels of texting and driving. Is it in the hammer lane during rush hour, complete with weaving and 12 below the posted speed?

The violence committed should keep within half a bubble of the level of discomfort caused by the texter.

I always suggest keeping about 8-10 of those cheap Dollar Store hammers for throwing through the window.

Is it irony or poetic justice that they are driving in the hammer lane when the Dollar store hammer joins them?

54 downvotes for calling the law on a drunk driver going through a school area.

Never change Louisiana, never change.
