Ford has had all of this technology since you 2015, some of it before. The lane keeping system is a nuisance and it is turned off on most vehicles.

For what purpose? The tech is already there in a more reliable form. Aka when it’s raining those cameras can’t see shite

My 17 Tahoe does all of that.

Don’t think this is new.

It automatically dims your headlights.

A 2013 Impala could do this. I think it’s been available in the trucks for a while.

No. It's not.

Google Cadillac Super Cruise or Tesla AutoPilot.

We are there. It’s just too expensive for the masses.

I drove one last weekend. I like the exterior. I didn't like the interior. It's too bland for the price.

And while the tailgate is incredibly functional, a person is one accident away of backing into something ... and it's going to cost a lot of money for either you or your insurance company for the tailgate alone.

I personally like the new Ram 1500. Ford is going to release an F-150 redesign later this year.

What happens when some teenagers steals road signs the night before or some drunk takes a few out?

Tesla autopilot has already killed a person b/c it couldn't function when the glare on the road from the sun was too bright. It also has issues in the rain and when the roads are bad. Again, we are not there yet.

That is EXACTLY what I thought when they started advertising it. That's a lot of hinges to bind up and be totally useless if it gets a little bit out of square.

It’s not based off seeing road signs.

You can see the headlights flicking up when it comes to a speed limit sign.

The tech has been around since 08, but the only cars that had it were S-class Benz and 7 series Bimmers.

There arent many US made brands using it.

Most people that see a speed limit displayed on there gps is from sat info sent to the vehicle and not a forward camera.
