I found a thread from November 26th where CD was asking about people having a total knee replacement because his wife was having one.

Just some more confirmation for those who need it. Someone also mentioned in the thread that their father had a blood clot that caused a stroke after having the surgery.

Sounds like a pulmonary embolism, which is a higher risk post surgery. I am sure she had compression leggings on post surgery.... such a sad situation and this time of year with kids make it that much worse.... hang in there my friend!!!
