Guess i shouldnt have mentioned the 125 payment on Equifax Settlement

Hope you were not waiting on Dat 125 check.
Well we all knew it was too good to be true
So 31 million was set aside for 147 million people thats data was affected.

I was honest as this credit breach really didn’t impact me so I didn’t take the $125. Y’all are some greedy, lying, cheating mofo’s and can split my share.

The law on class action need to be changed to where the attorney fees equal the payouts to the affected.

There was less than 20 cents cents set aside for each affected person while the shysters skated away with millions.

The real crime is $700 mil settlement but $31 mil to people most likely affected by it. Balance to attorneys?

Companies who frick up like Equifax would love this. It would effectively end class action suits. You want attorneys to make $500 for bringing a multi-year suit?

Class actions are a useful evil.
