Grown arse men traveling with a pillow

Sitting in MIA and continue to be amazed at the number of people who travel with a pillow. Especially grown men. What is the deal?
You can argue all day long that a hotel pillow is nasty but isn't that what a pillow case is all about? Not to mention, how nasty is your personal pillow after dragging it through the airport, plane, taxi, etc?
Do you find this strange? Do you travel with a pillow, what are you thinking?

No. I travel as light and quickly as possible. Handling a pillow would be a giant pain in the arse.
Now if I could fit on of those horseshoe type neck pillow in my one bag, I'd probably take that...but only if it fits in my one bag.

Dude my dad brings a pillow with him on vacation. Because he likes a little something extra to hug up on. He's 67 years old. He can do whatever the frick he wants.

You'd be shocked just how many times the hotel cleaners will skip changing bed sheets and pillow cases.
It's probably a wash either way, but maybe most of them just like having a pillow on the plane?

Mrs. Füt brings her pillows with her when we travel, so when she's with me, I'm guilty.

My ex carried a pillow and almost everything else - it used to exasperate me getting her through security.

If I'm driving to my destination, my pillow goes with me. Not really because hotel pillows are nasty, but because they generally suck.

This is the rant so I guess you can complain about whatever dumb issue you want, but who are you to judge people for traveling with a pillow. Out of all the stuff going on in the world and you are worried about people traveling with pillows? I don't like that idea, so I don't do it. Doesn't mean others have to do the same. How dare them want to be comfortable? I find you strange for caring!
