I went to Disneyland by myself because I was out there for work and had an absolute fricking blast just being a big kid, taking pictures with characters, etc. Had an awesome time

And you didn't have to haul all your kids stuff around and take a million breaks and listen to them whine and do what they wanted all day, and you got to just enjoy yourself???? WHAT????? How dare you.

I try to be a "you do what makes you happy" type....but lord this one will never make sense to me.

One of my employees will go on about drinking around the world... im like... ya know... for the price of all the Disney trips you go on...you could actually... start traveling the damn world

There are two correct viewpoints on this issue:

1. Yes, they are weird as frick

2. It’s none of your business and they aren’t hurting anyone

Both things can be true at the same time.

Edit: Something else to consider. If they are going to Disney, they aren’t going to the places you want to go.

Me and my wife went to Universal after she completed her Doctorate program without our kid it was a great trip and a lot of fun. We will bring our kid there in 2026 after epic opens but to us going on a trip with just us is important to keep our relationship feeling fresh and she wanted to go do the Harry potter stuff what's written by with that?

You about to start a war on this site. People from south Louisiana absolutely love Disney World for some reason.

Universal is fricking cool. Sorry that your inner child is dead and you can’t have fun on roller coasters.

The resorts and most parks have mid-level and high-end restaurants with great food. Many more activities are at WDW than going to the parks. They have great golf courses, most of the resorts have great pool areas, etc. Don't knock it until you've tried it. Slow down and live a little and quit being a 'hater'.

I think that’s one of the reasons the parks are so jam packed and over-filled all the time.

Imagine a for-profit business, maximizing their revenue. You want them to just take $100M loss every year so your kids don't have to wait in line? You the same schmuck that bitches you paid $25 at the county fair for trashy people and broken down rides.

How about you take a deep breathe, enjoy the experience and let us adults enjoy it as well.

“Must have” or “must’ve”,

not “must of”.

Get it right.
