The cop wasn't charged with a crime but was fired due to his behavior (and the current administration). I guess he should have killed him more nicely. Otherwise, I wouldn't give them a dime.

These type of suits establish a value on your life typically to base a payout on.
Sterling’s only value was the welfare checks he was due to receive, dude was a career criminal who had no business having any kids much less 5.
If a black cop killed a white doctor or business owner then yeah they’d probably get a much higher settlement.

And did he provide anything for his kids? Wasn't he living in a shelter when he got killed? What's the replacement cost for an absent father that's been in and out of jail his whole life?

God bless Alfred Spurling. If he had not pointed that gun at the guy who called 911 the cops would not have shown up. If the cops would not have shown up, none of the media would have happened.

He is never satisfied and cries wolf everyday about some manufactured outrage that fits his cause.
You can’t cry wolf everyday, on every issue, and expect to maintain credibility.
If he spent half as much effort working for a living as he does complaining during his self glorification face time secessions on FB he would be able to afford to move out of his Mom’s basement and provide for his daughter on his own.
You are 35 Gary. Time to grow up and get a job like the rest of us.
